Next in our “men who hate trees” series is a classic by our teacher Mike Martello (RIP). Mike shows a series of conditioning exercises for hands, OANDA arms, legs, and body. Many of which you can also do with a partner. The key is technique and body mechanics, which you can clearly see in this clip. Like Mike says:
The idea is not hit the tree extra hard, but let the natural body weight of the limbs hit in repetition.
