We like: Scott Sonnon – How we suppress genius and create learning disability

This very inspirational call for a more liberal approach to learning disabilities comes from none other than the famous Scott Sonnon. We most probably shared some of his videos before – he has lots of good stuff on strength training and other fitness videos on his YouTube channel. Enjoy!

His method to “kung fu bad people” is simple and clear. Especially the part where you “wait”.

We laugh: Jean-Claude Van Damme Volvo Ad

We have no idea why anyone would make a Volvo advertising with Jean-Claude van Damme but it’s 二元期权 certainly entertaining. The cheesy music combined with his signature-split are almost epic in combination.

We like: Liu Family Plum Blossom Mantis Boxing 刘家梅花螳螂拳

Enjoy this short clip of old traditional mantis boxing of the Jiang Hualong line, including lots of gems. From the description:

Ilya Profatilov has been researching and documenting this rarely seen style of mantis boxing, which preserves the early teachings of Jiang Hualong (1955-1924). Transmitted in the same village family for three generations, it is a complete style and also includes the so-called “lost” boxing forms taught by Grandmaster Liang Xuexiang (1818-1905).
