Really speechless about this compilation named “Self defense with Jo”. This cute dutch gentleman seems to have lots of tutorial videos on his YouTube channel. In this clip he shows some “wrestling”, footwork, and punching exercises, topping it with some freestyle “wrestling” moves on the floor, which he points out, “shouldn’t be done on hard grounds like concrete, gravel or wet snow(!)”:
